CEO & Founder
Moshood founded TalentX and leads the company as CEO. He brings deep expertise in Nigerian talent sourcing, candidate assessment and operational logistics, and sets the vetting standard every placement is held to. He owns the client relationships at senior level and makes sure both the Lagos and international divisions deliver people who perform from day one.
Odia Liyolo
Strategic Advisor
Odia advises TalentX on strategy and people operations, drawing on 8 years of hands-on HR experience. Her focus is workforce planning, structured assessment and building recruitment processes that stay compliant and scalable as the business grows — at home and across international markets.
Oloro Anretioreoluwa
Executive Assistant & Operations Manager
Oloro runs the day-to-day operations of the business and supports the leadership team across administrative, HR and marketing work. She coordinates client and candidate intake, manages schedules and correspondence, and keeps every mandate moving. With hands-on experience in recruitment, training, quality assurance and compliance, she makes sure processes are followed, records are complete, and both employers and candidates get a professional, responsive experience.
